By using Flicto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Flicto transforms a photo you upload into a style you choose. Results are generated by AI; each run can differ, and we cannot guarantee a result will match your expectations.

Your account

You must sign in with Apple to create images. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out with it.

Tokens and purchases

• Your first creation is free. After that, each successful creation costs 1 token.
• Failed creations never cost a token.
• Tokens are a consumable in-app purchase. They do not expire, but they have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded by us.
• All purchases are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must go to Apple.

Content you upload

You confirm that you own the photo you upload or otherwise have the right to upload it. Do not upload someone else's photo without their permission.

You must not upload: unlawful content, sexual content, hateful or violent imagery, content intended to harass or deceive, or images that infringe the rights of others.

Generated images

You may use the images you create personally and commercially. You must not present a generated image as a genuine photograph of a real event or a real likeness of a person.

About the styles

The styles in the app describe general visual genres. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand, studio or copyrighted character.

Interruptions

We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, and we may close accounts that break these rules.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
