Flicto is an iPhone app that transforms a photo you upload into a visual style you choose. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data is involved.

What we collect

• Your Apple account identifier. When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple gives us an identifier that is unique to you and to our app, plus your email address if you choose to share it. We never see or receive your Apple password.
• Photos you upload and images we generate. Your photo is uploaded to our server to produce the transformation, and the resulting image is stored against your account.
• Token and purchase records. How many creations you have made, your token balance, and Apple's purchase transaction identifiers.
• Usage events. Technical events such as which screens opened and whether a creation succeeded. These records never contain your photos.

How your photos are processed

Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce the transformation. Your photos are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with other users.

What happens when you delete your account

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Access ends immediately and personal details such as your email address are removed.

There is one exception, and we want to state it plainly: we retain the record tied to your Apple account identifier along with your token and purchase ledger. There are two reasons: so the tokens you paid for are not lost (signing in again restores your balance), and so the free allowance cannot be reset indefinitely by deleting and recreating an account. That retained record contains no name, email address or photos.

Retention

Generated images are kept while your account is open. Source photos you upload are cleared on a regular schedule once the transformation is complete, since the purpose for holding them has ended.

Third parties

• Apple — sign-in and in-app purchases.
• OpenAI — generating the image transformation.

We share your data with no one else. We use no advertising networks and no data brokers.

Children

Flicto is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will notify you in the app about significant changes.
